RECEIVED from the Registrar of Companies, Shanghai,

on the 19th November, 1928, the sum of Mex. Dollars

Fifty-four thousand three hundred and twenty-four and

thirty-three cents (Mex.$54,324.33) being amount of

refund claimed by this Company between the rate of

4 cents and 1 cent per Mex. $100 in respect of the

Capital Tax paid in 1927 by this Company and its

Subsidiary Companies.
